Classification of machine tools

        (1) Economical CNC lathe

Determination of Finish Machining Allowance on CNC Lathe

 

(1) The concept of finishing allowance
        Finishing allowance refers to the thickness of the metal layer cut off during the finishing process; under normal circumstances, the finishing allowance is completed by finishing one cut;
        (2) Influencing factors of finishing allowance

        ②Look-up table revision method

        The data about finishing allowance accumulated in factory production practice and experimental research is made into a table, and the programming manual is compiled.
